Polka Dots is a great option if you want to eat something different from your all old mundane places. The menu here is safe and experimental, both at once and that gives the eater some more variety in terms of taste and experience. This has been one of the favourite places for the young guns because it offers some nice, loaded burgers and sandwiches along with pizzas as well. This modern bistro offers some delicious food and it is not too expensive considering the portions. The ‘Roasted Butternut Squash Soup’ is very unique and quite tastefully done. It has enough hint of citrus it is finished with toasted sunflower seeds to finish it. The sandwiches include a selection of Panini grills with some choicest fillings, 'Korean Bulgogi Chicken' or the 'Loaded Cheese and Chicken Panini', they are all made in-house and finished with a portion of fries. The mains even include some large plates which are quite in taste and presentation too. Choose the ‘Traditional Roast Chicken’ that comes with roast gravy and Dutch cheese potatoes. The taste is anything like the classic roast chicken and you will fall in love with this dish all over again. If you like seafood, you’ll love their version of the ‘Jamaican Pan fried Pomfret’ that is cooked with some citrus juices and olive oil, it comes with warm tomato salsa and a pesto potato mash that is very nice. The taste of many dishes here is surely nice but it misses the spice, many of these dishes do not have enough spice and they tend to go on the sweeter side. So, if you like to eat spicy in general, you need to make a special request to make it so, and that might not be applicable to many of those European dishes. From the desserts, the ‘Classic Tiramisu’ is the one you must not miss and the ‘Banoffe Pie’ is also a great choice. The latter is served with reduced Passion Fruit Sauce that actually compliments the sweetness of the bananas quite well.
