The new and updated menu of the super popular restaurant in town is surely another reason to return. They have really maintained the quality since the inception of the brand. The buffet is economical and it is way better than all of those heavily priced Barbecue restaurants in town. The starters and grills include over 6 choices each and the mains also include a good range of dishes which are cooked really well and they taste great, that is more important today. A lot of the restaurants actually just cook stuff for the sake of it and the flavours are nowhere to be experienced. The A La Carte has some really choicest appetizers and even mains, the menu is short and concise. We tried the ‘Lemon Coriander Fish’ which is finished in the tandoor and the flavour of coriander powder and lemon is surely there, but you might want to spruce it up with some extra juice of a fresh lemon to bring out the best of it. Across the menu, they use Rawas fish in their dishes and that is again a good thing. We even tried the ‘Mushroom Stuffed with Herbed Cheese’, these are also quite flavourful because they add two types of cheese, one of them being Cheddar that is sharp and nice, something that is unusually paired with mushrooms. The mains include over 10 choices each, in vegetarian and non-vegetarian. They are all well complimented with a whole array of Rotis finished in Tandoor. If you think the choice of the vegetables is too minimal, you can even ask them to prepare something familiar like a 'Paneer Tikka Masala' or something else you might like. For the meat lovers, the 'Gosht Rogan Josh' and Murgh Tikka Lababdar are quite awesome and very flavourful. The gravy of all these vegetables are nice and they are not oily, they seem well spiced and the flavours really shine out. It is not just monotonous tomato game going on here. You need to try all of these with the special ‘Olive and Chili Naan’ and the Ghee-laden ‘Amritsari Kulcha’ that is yummy all by its own. Some of their twisty and delish Indian sweets include ‘Green Apple Jalebi with Rabri’ and ‘Traditional Matka Kulfi’.
