The sleek and elegant bar here is all chrome, glass and illumination, with a spacious high ceiling and well spaced-out seating. First off, the list of wines here is extensive and befits the attention of a vino connoisseur. From classy Indian brands such as Sula, Four Seasons and Turning Point to those stemming from vineyards abroad – including Jacob’s Creek, Camas, Santa Carolina Premio and Moët & Chandon – the wine list here has a little something for everybody. This means a whole range of origins, from France and Italy to South Africa, Argentina, Chile, Australia, Germany and, of course, India, spanning crisp or medium dry whites, light or medium bodied reds, sparklers and rosés. Besides a long list of brands under every alcohol header you could think of, the establishment also whips up some excellent cocktails, including a passion fruit margarita and a jalapeño mojito. Also unmissable here are the Mexican-style Michelada (a spicy, lemony take on beer), Foamie (lychee, chillies, tequila and beer), and Fuzzy Jack (whisky, peach syrup and cola).
