Swig is a cosy bistro that offers some really awesome drinks and food that is in synergy with the young people today. All that fusion and some rather call it the modern Indian, is what they serve and is quite promising because it tastes good. Unless you are particular about Pastas, the way they are eaten in Italy, you won’t get that but you will get a wholesome ‘Mac and Cheese’. The service is spot on. The inspiration behind this forward-looking menu is that the dishes are all inspired by some part of Europe, juxtaposed with many popular Indian dishes. Talk about the likes of ‘Butter Chicken Pizza’ or ‘Paneer Tikka Pizza’, they taste great and the toppings are generous too, however, the base of Pizza could have been a little moister. There is enough to choose from the appetizers as well. The rather interesting one is the ‘Poha Crusted Prawns’ that is accompanied by the 'Wasabi Aioli', it tastes great and mainly the textures are what set this dish apart. If you are in a mood for a fancy cocktail, the bartenders are ready to pull off a great stint with the drink you love. The ‘Grape and Basil Martini’ is special and has some fresh grape cordial that comes with dehydrated basil on top. The selection of Baos on the menu is nice.
