I also find the prices to be reasonable for the quality of the food. Furthermore, the staff members are typically friendly and efficient in their service. It's a pleasant experience whenever I visit.

If ruining a global food brand experience was an Olympic sport, Taco Bell would proudly bring home the gold.
Ordered food expecting at least basic Taco Bell standards. What I got instead was a masterclass in how to kill hunger, mood, and faith in eating out — all in one go.
The food?
Lukewarm, lifeless, and confused about its own identity.
Tacos that felt like they had been assembled hours ago and then emotionally abandoned.
Flavours so dull that even my disappointment was bored.
This outlet has single-handedly ruined Taco Bell for me — something I genuinely enjoyed earlier — and honestly, it’s also shaken my already fragile faith in eating out in Pune altogether.
If this is what passes as “quick service food” now, I’d rather go home, eat plain bread, and at least feel respected.
Would I recommend this place?
Only if you enjoy paying money to question your life choices.
Phoenix Mall deserves better. Pune deserves better. Taco Bell definitely deserves better.

First off all don’t order cinnamon twister, it does tastes good but not worth it.
Also not their potato crispy taco ?,not at all worth the price as it’s has just 4 small potatoes fried slices and filled up with few veggies.

Doesn’t seems good place for vegetarian.

As per our visit in February 2024, their chicken was out of stock, being a bring brand they need to have an stocks of food.

Kitchen was hygienic.

If you add 30rs to your meal then you have option to refill aerated drinks.

About staff:

Service was good, but the counter guy who was a trainee doesn’t seem interested to take order nor he was interested to share good meal plan. Need more professional staff for sales.

Rest team was okay, as they we serving and cleaning the place.

If they workout on menu and provide good quality food, then only this place will be recommended.

Or else stick to other brands.

Taco Bell is a great spot for enjoying Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. The food was quite tasty, and I enjoyed all of the items that I tried, although some were a bit oily and could benefit from some improvement. I highly recommend the Ultimate Cheese Taco, Crunchy Pinto Bean Taco, Naked Chicken Taco, and Veg Quesadilla. Additionally, I was impressed with the Taco Bell delivery packaging, and appreciate that they take nutrition and ingredient balance into consideration. However, the quantity of burritos could be improved.
