This restaurant offers some great vegetarian Indian food and it is value-for-money. The service is wonderful and the food arrives on time. With all that good-looking and fresh ambience, you are sorted to enjoy a fine meal here. We ordered the ‘Paneer Satay’ - it had a lot of garlic and a rub of garam masala, more like an ‘Indianised Satay’. The ‘Mushroom Manchurian’ is also done well, and the dried chilli adds a nice touch to this Chinese appetizer. It is notable to see there is also a decent range of Jain food on the menu. From the mains, you can either get some Indian curries or Chinese ones. Most of us think the taste for many curries is quite similar but they really take their curries seriously and they are different. We ordered the ‘Paneer Teen Mirchiwala’ – it was a rich gravy made with assorted bell peppers and very well balanced in taste. The other milder versions include ‘Methi Malai Mutter’ and the rather sweet ‘Navratan Kurma’. They also make the 'Dal Khichdi with Gujarati style Daal Kadhi'; a must-try indeed. They have some basic Chocolate and Fruit Cakes on the menu.
