An imposing signboard and a long flight of stairs lead you to the sprawling property of Wood Fire Grill. Spread across two levels, the restaurant’s mansion-like façade encompasses an inviting indoor section with fluorescent blue-gold seating, a bar that lights up in hues of azure, violet, and burgundy, a patio, and an upper deck with comfy divans. As the rustle of green leaves and a fountain’s susurration lull you into a state of calm, tuck into a plate of prawn kurkure that come coated with crispy fried poha or bombil koliwada (which are deep-fried cupid-shaped portions of Bombay duck) – scrumptious! For mains, swab some paneer khada masala or chicken lababdar with a piece of naan and follow it up with their fragrant, long-grained, perfectly moist biryani
Had booked the Restaurant for a family outing. The place has a wonderful ambience with a varied menu. Service was quick and the stewards were cheerful. Overall made a super special evening for the family.

We had family dinner at wood fire grill. I like the ambiance of hotel.BBQ Grill was good and quite quick service. Panjabi meal was tasty.
I only eat food at three places:- 1. Here, 2. There, and.....3. Everywhere 😝Woodfire Grill is relatively a new place in the area which serves really good food. Food is truly mouth watering and the reasonable prices are a bonus to the good food. The ambience is as cozy as for couple as it is comfortable for a family dine in.Service delivered to us was too slow but as i heard it from the friends and the manager of the resturaunt, it was only because of lack of working hands on that very day. Otherwise service is usually fast.Talking about the food, all the starters and main course food is nearly good in taste, i would not recommend the soups though.Whereas, Kebabs (especially Peri Peri Kebabs) are a must try!

The vicinity of Kothrud is richer by the presence of a fantastic North-Indian restaurant which goes by the name of ‘Wood Fire Grill’. The restaurant when opened, quickly became a hot seller spot for local families and group of friends who take delight in the stunning ambience. Encased in a mansion like façade Wood Fire Grill divides itself into two levels one of which covers the space in a sprawling dining area surrounded by the open rooftop. The outdoor rooftop area is made even more beautiful with arrangements of lush green potted plants and clever lightings highlighting the corners. Tables are placed flanking the roof in order to give the diners a spectacular view of the city. A long family table presides the roof enclosed by a slim water moat all glowing by the lights. Over all Wood Fire Grill is a sophisticated yet casual place to take your family out for an important celebration. The restaurant is often busy so to avoid delay, make a reservation.
The staff at Wood Fire Grill will make sure that you have an exceedingly pleasant evening. They are quick on their feet and much attuned to your needs. The restaurant follows a delicious North-Indian menu which is long enough to feature numerous delectable options. Start with an array of lovely appetizers to whet your appetite such as, murgh zafrani kebab, paneer angara, crab chilli garlic, murgh yakani shorba, murgh malai kebab, veg clear soup, aloo pudina tikka, prawns kurkure, tandoori pomfret. Sabhnami kumbh, murgh reshmi kebab, chatpata tawa machchi, sunhere jhinge, paneer zafrani tikka, murgh banjara kebab, fish laal masala fry, murgh makhamali kebab, paneer makhmali and surmai rawa fry. The restaurant even serves a live grill on each table so that you can twist and turn the skewers as per your satisfaction.
The main course section is wide and varied with vegetarian, chicken and seafood choices. Grab yourself a piece of fluffy naan and soak it in the spicy hot curry like, paneer tikka masala, murgh lababdar, fish malvani curry, murgh kurchan, veg nizami, murgh chettinad, prawns goan curry, laal mas, murgh ra-ra, achari baingan, dum ka murgh, fish Maratha and nihari ghosh. If you want something light opt for a dal khichadi otherwise move onto the sweets. Shahi tukda and basundi will do fabulously. Wood Fire Grill is not very expensive and pretty pocket friendly.
