Overall, it was a good experience. The food and beer together cost around ₹2,600, but after discounts we paid about ₹1,600–₹1,700. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the ambience is really nice. Recommended for visiting with friends, family, or your partner.

We visited this place for a few drinks and were pleasantly surprised to find it almost empty.

However, the worst part was that it was already empty, so we asked to be seated at a table with a sofa. One of the staff was somewhat rude and said that “people might come later and they might need us to get up midway”. It was ridiculous! The place was literally empty, and it was already 10:30 PM. Nobody was coming.

The place itself was spacious with plenty of seating and had a good vibe. The staff, except for the one mentioned above, were generally nice. However, they were a bit slow and needed to work on that.

As for the food, it was just okay. We ordered the barbecue thin crust pizza, which was very basic and had a lot of room for improvement. The cocktails were also nothing special.

Overall, it was a meh experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Loop Café is a cozy spot with a modern vibe and warm ambience. Their menu is simple yet delicious, and the presentation is always on point. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place feels perfect for a relaxed hangout with friends or a quiet coffee break. Definitely a great spot to unwind!

Loop is great place for parties and refreshment, the food is decent. The environment is beautiful and well designed. There are good dinning and drinks options.
There is open area, lounge area, and bar area. There is good DJ played, you may enjoy the place. There is good crowd here. You may visit this place if you want to eat, drink and dance as simple as that. This is good option for that.

3rd class service
Third class staff behaviour
Food quantity is for one and half people
No taste in food.
Dirty table and stinky sofa.
In the main course food I have to wait around 15 minutes how to order naan and biryani because once the waiter serve the food and vanished.
And the people out there including manager ask me to pay the bill in a very arrogant way.

The food was very good, the service was exceptional, specially Bittu Singh took care of all the requests.

Went there on a weekday with bunch of my friends plus pre reserved the table so didn't have to wait.. the ambience was good service was quick there were options to seat in club or in the lounge where the live music plays, we were a group of 6 girls and we felt safe.. Prices were decent and similar to other club/lounge in Ranchi.. Mocktails and cocktails were good.. music vibe everything was lively dj was nice too and was accepting song requests.. we came for a get together to ranchi from different places so overall it was a good experience.

Loop pub is located at the top floor in the pantaloons building in lalpur. This place has one of the largest seating areas in the town. But service of this place is not that welcoming as compared to others. Food taste is also not good..its of average kind. Only you will like the atmosphere and ambience of the place.

The concerning service charge issue if brought under the eyes of the authority will be resolved.....it cant be binded as they claim.

If you are much into drinking...you will like the place beacuse of the wonderful ambience.
