They really live up to the name... WOW.. yes I said it. WOW, the food was ice cold. WOW, it tasted like it was cooked yesterday. And the customer service? WOW, it’s invisible. I tried calling multiple times and waited over 10 minutes just to listen to hold music. Truly amazing how you managed to fail at both food and service for a regular customer.

I had fried chicken from Wow Chicken (Mall of Travancore) today and it was a horrible experience. The chicken was extremely hard and the portion size was very small. It felt like only the outer fried layer was there, with very little chicken inside. No flavour of chicken at all – not spicy, no taste, nothing. Honestly the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others not to visit this store.

Waste of time replica of other fried chicken shops.
Expect to spent at least 30 minutes for the food to be made ready.
Unapologetic behaviour from the staff while requesting to speed up. Take it or leave it attitude as they do not process refund! I ended up leaving without eating the food.

Worst fried chicken I have ever tasted in my life!!!!!!
I tried their chicken bucket, I have to say the chicken was not fresh, lacked flavour and some pieces was not cooked properly.
I won't recommend this place to anyone.

The most pathetic chicken i have ever tasted. Even though kfc was just next to wow chickeni thought lets taste wow chicken and hence i ordered popcorn chicken and chicken burger. But i could taste the stagnant oil from it. I dont know from how long the same oil is being used. Please check the quality and provide value for money for the customers who actually trust you.

Pathetic experience from here.yesterday I had fried chicken and burger from here. That time I noticed the chicken is not fresh and the oil they used very bad condition I think.Alter that I suffered from loose motion at the night. I don’t recommend here
