Located within the premises of the much popular Novotel, this restaurant is known for their gourmet menu. We went for the lunch buffet and were quite impressed by the sheer variety they have offered. The service by the staff was courteous and attentive, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The ambience of the restaurant, especially with its open coastline view, added a refreshing charm to the meal. The spread was extensive, ranging from South Indian and North Indian classics to Asian and Continental dishes, with a live chaat counter adding to the experience. The quality of ingredients was undoubtedly good, and the live music during the meal created a pleasant ambience. That said, while the options were diverse, no particular dish stood out as exceptional. The overall taste hovered around above-average rather than memorable. Considering the super high tariff, one would expect a bit more refinement and finesse in the flavours. Overall verdict - it’s a place worth visiting for the variety, ambience, and experience, though those looking for standout culinary excellence may find it slightly underwhelming.
