Autograph is the main restaurant of Hotel Armoise. It is very close to the railway tracks in Navranpura, situated in an area which has many corporate offices so there is a regular flow of corporate clients at the restaurant. The place serves multi-cuisine vegetarian food which is both good and reasonably priced. The décor of the place is also corporate style done up in beige, brown and yellow and the service is decent though not great. The dishes to have here are Mexican Chilly Bean Soup, Shikari Mushroom, Cheese Gauloti Kebabs and Thai Cigar Rolls for starters. You could go for Burmese Spaghetti or Ultimate Veggie Lasagna for the main course if you do not want to go for an Indian dish. From the Indian section ask for Paneer Makai Makhani or Autograph Special Vegetable. You can pair these with various breads on offer like Naan or Laccha Parantha.
I used to visit Autograph more often earlier due to it's exotic curries and reasonable prices. But this time I noticed that they increased prices 40%, food quality went down, taste become pathetic and services dropped as well. Overall worst experience and not worth visiting this place any more.
For a lovely dining experience on CG Road in Ahmedabad, you could choose this one. Good choice for Gujarati food
This place is located at the end of the road, is never crowded but the staff and manager behave as if the place is booked till the end of eternity. We had a very bad experience in this restaurant. We had ordered the Italian sizzler which was run of the mill, had mixture of veggies and cheese and was nicely prepared. The horror was the Autograph Special Sizzler, which was mish mash of every thing that was left unused in the kitchen and had absolutely no taste. A must avoid dish. We tried the paneer lababdar, which again did not live upto the expectation as the quantity of paneer was quite less. The staff was not sure if we could have the desert at our table or go to the counter and order. We went to select the pastries on offer and in the meantime our table was given off to another set of patrons, without even asking us to remove our belongings. The manager was as usual busy trying to do time pass with another set of guests and did not even have the courtesy of even acknowledging our complaint and resolving it. We did not have the deserts and left the place. The staff is quite limited and one needs to wait atleast 5 to 10 minutes to be even served water.
Nice pocket friendly place to eat when you are 8-10 friends.as quantity of dishes is good rather than other place.
Lively Ambience. We ordered veg clear soup, hara bhara kabab, baked macaroni with pineapple and paneer shashlik sizzler. For Desert we had Gulab jamun. Quality & Quantity equally good. All this only for 1000Rs. Value for Money. It's a good place for a casual family Dinner.
