The Masala County is a classy North Indian vegetarian restaurant which hits most of the right spots as far as the food is concerned. It has nice white and silver interiors with black chairs and tablecloth. The place looks very swanky and the waiters are well dressed in Indian wear and, are also well trained. The only drawback is that the restaurant has an open plan so it does not have a separate roof and is open on top, which means despite the air conditioning, the cooling is not adequate. Coming to the food, the taste of most things is very good and the presentation is also on point. Start with a cool drink like 'Aam Ka Panna' or even 'Mathurewali Shikanji'. Here you can go for a soup in a bread bowl. There are three different soups you can try in a bread bowl. Go for 'Broccoli Cheddar'. If you like tandoori food, try the 'Shabnam Ke Moti', marinated mushroom stuffed with cheese. They taste really nice and it is still light enough for you to go for the main course without feeling stuffed. Being a North Indian cuisine restaurant, there are many paneer based dishes. It can get confusing so choose carefully if you go for a paneer dish. You can have a cool non-alcoholic beer here.
