The Masala County is a classy North Indian vegetarian restaurant which hits most of the right spots as far as the food is concerned. It has nice white and silver interiors with black chairs and tablecloth. The place looks very swanky and the waiters are well dressed in Indian wear and, are also well trained. The only drawback is that the restaurant has an open plan so it does not have a separate roof and is open on top, which means despite the air conditioning, the cooling is not adequate. Coming to the food, the taste of most things is very good and the presentation is also on point. Start with a cool drink like 'Aam Ka Panna' or even 'Mathurewali Shikanji'. Here you can go for a soup in a bread bowl. There are three different soups you can try in a bread bowl. Go for 'Broccoli Cheddar'. If you like tandoori food, try the 'Shabnam Ke Moti', marinated mushroom stuffed with cheese. They taste really nice and it is still light enough for you to go for the main course without feeling stuffed. Being a North Indian cuisine restaurant, there are many paneer based dishes. It can get confusing so choose carefully if you go for a paneer dish. You can have a cool non-alcoholic beer here.
Went there with family...amazing ambience..very humble staff. Great service...yummy food...typically kathiawadi thali...
Hey, if you’re starved, famished, maybe hungry, or hankering for a bit of khana, try to find The Masala Country! Well, for mysterious, unexplainable and illogical reasons you won’t find it on TRIPADVISOR Search, but here it is on Tripadvisor via GOOGLE search! WOW! Tripadvisor, “Did you hear me? This ain’t on your Search Engin! Fix it!” But I found it right in Balaji AGORA MALL, right on Sardar Patel Ring Road and I did some footfalls and elevator tricks, and there I was, up under the big tent! NOW, knans, rotis, roomali rotis, parathas, Tandoori knans and rotis and wow! Listen, I’m Biased, Because Ate There! Rice, yogurt, dal this and dal that, Matir Panir, kitchdi, sag AND the grand finalé: mudka kulfi! YUMMY!
I had heard a lot about this restaurant but it's was really a bad experience. Went there with family last week, there was south Indian food festival. So let's start • There was waiting list so we were sitting there as asked for water but no one answered. • Got the seat yay, let's have some tasty South Indian food ... Ops No uttapam No AP No classic idli just some fried idli • Masala Dosa : No matter what you say they wanted to serve only crispy dosa with a mini spoon filling haha. And there was some bad oil in dosa ( no it wasn't butter ), got throat infection next day with that. Now it's already a bad dinner but again no one came for serving water, I went there found water jug on counter and served my self and to family : service charge saved :) Save it , don't go here. Outer look of restaurant is good but food is bad - service is bad.
best offers, yummy food, loved punjabi, good service awesome place for punjabi food lovers...must visit
The Masala county is an only Punjabi Restaurant in Balaji Agora Mall, Sardar Patel Ring Road. Quality of food is good, furniture & ambiance is also superb. Service is also fine.
