Right off the bat, the vibe at Brewsky is that of a relaxed one. This has been a favourite for so many people in the area and with good reason. The terrace seating offers open-air, al-fresco and even a bar stool set up overlooking a crowded landscape but one which gives you a great view of the sky. The service is on point and the staff well versed with what is available. I am quite the regular here and have eaten through most of the menu. The 'Stuffed Chilli Bajjis' are a tribute to the city and having a filling of paneer. The 'Miso Popcorn Chicken' is another great pick. For those of who you love offal, the 'Pepper Fried Mutton Liver' is great. The 'Achari Baby Potatoes' combines everything that ensures happiness – potatoes and spice. The 'Nimbuwala Murgh Tikka' is another brilliant combination with their 'Hef', or even with their 'Wit' and 'Blonde'. I like the fact that they know people love burgers, but after all the starters may want something in a smaller portion – the Mini Burgers, especially the 'Beetroot Burger' and the 'Pulled Pork' ones are good ones to get to the table. If you want some of the classics, the 'Wings' and the 'Onion Rings' are just what you want. Getting into the mains, the 'Lasagne Cake' is a good bet, especially if you have children at the table. They do quite a good job of the 'Red and Green Thai Curries' and are one of the few places that offer it in pork. Round off with the 'Apple Pie'.
Wow!!! Just started loving this place. The best time I have been here is for lunch (ofcourse with beer) on weekends. I like the beer they brew here, they have good variety of chilled beer to offer. The options of indian starters both in veg and non-veg are really great. I liked Brewsky Bhel, tempure baby corn, stuffed chilli bhajji in veg and particularly wok pepper chicken. The menu is decent enough.
Staff was very courteous & went out of the way to suggest appetizer out of the menu. Excellent ambience & worth every penny.
Walked into jp Nagar big brewsky, it's a complete contrast to Hennur branch, it's a shady walk path, we were welcomed by rat friends. If you have been to Hennur one, once you walk in you will surprised to see this place is so small and lacks ambience for the price and brand. Just skip this one, there are better ones around
Manager Ravi did not listen to the complaints. The staffs behavior was really unacceptable. They did not honor the deal.
View from terrace is excellent. I tried IPA and Hefeweizen, both good options. It’s a good place for a group to visit/dine. Service staff are very good, friendly. Considering this was one of the first breweries in South Bangalore, they need to stay current with menu and beer options. There are a lot of options around now..will visit again if around the place..
‘Brewsky’ comes from two words ‘Brew’ and ‘Sky’ and both the aspects are evident when you step into the bar. Brewsky is JP Nagar’s pride and joy and is located in South Bengaluru much to the delight of the residents. Lavishly abundant space and rustic appearance carries this place to far places and witnesses a never ending footfall. Brewsky is like a glittering jewel designed in clever manner to fully exploit the pleasant weather of Bengaluru city. Almost the entire restaurant is made out in the open forming two different levels that punters revel in. The outdoor furniture is sturdy and created to last a long time. During evening the restaurant comes alive as the people flies in and settles on the roof under stars. The brewery is given a stylish makeover with colourful cartoons painted over them which is amusing. The staff is friendly and assisting to you throughout the evening.
The reservations are a good idea to make before hitting Brewsky as the place gets filled pretty quickly. Concept of brewing your own beer is catching on like forest fire in Bengaluru and mainly because of Brewsky. They have managed to create their own fan base by satisfying the beer cravings of their punters who come looking for this delicious concoction. Some of their craft beers include the Hefeweizen, India pale ale, saison and the summer ale. They even mix beers to create awesome cocktails, weizen up, liquid gold and the godfather. Other kinds of cocktails that are on offer are 3 musketeers, asuras punch, poison ivy, LIIT, breezer cran cosmo, mile high club, blue lagoon, whisky sour, white Russian, dracula’s kiss, cats & dogs, bull frog, ocean margarita, martini, grave heart, beer bomb, jelly fish shooters and red wine sangria. For more refined taste go for scotch, whisky, wine, vodka, gin, tequila and rum.
To compliment any drink you need a plate of bite size appetizers to enhance true flvours. Brewsky offers its punters pandi fry, tandoori prawns, cheese tarts, stuffed chicken chillies, panko crumbed mushrooms and tandoori potatoes. Besides soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas you are also given hearty mains. Veg ratatouille, chicken roulade, pandhi curry, chicken in barebue sauce, chicken chettinadu, mutton stew, cottage cheese steak, veg lasagne, mushroom & thyme chicken, rosemary lamb chops and Kashmiri mutton rogan josh. Brewsky is only mildly expensive but offers so much in return especially fantastic ambience.
