The menu at Chez Nous does not run into pages, despite being a café. However, their idea to keep a limited menu works. Order a glass of wine, or one of their cocktails (try the Zaica – white rum, and spices infused in sparkling water, with lime juice), and try some of their small plates. They have got chicken sliders, naan pizza, spring rolls, and even chilli cheese toast. If you like baos, try the one with braised pork belly. Incidentally, they have something like BMS on the menu that I thought was a neat touch. Its bun makkhan and samosa, served with chips, and to go with that, a cup of steaming chai.
