The all-day dining restaurant at Novotel probably sees very little argument at a dinner table. The menu covers a range of cuisines but only in limited numbers, of which I would say Indian food gets more room than the others. So you can choose between a Caesar salad and the Thai som tam (raw papaya salad), and jump to murg malai tikka for starters, or even a quesadilla. The kekda kofta (crab meat dumplings cooked in spicy tomato gravy) paired with any of the Indian breads or steamed rice is a good option. For vegetarians, the subz jalfrezi (tangy mixed vegetable curry) is best paired with a tandoori roti or naan.
Can’t take an order properly, and service takes ages. They took ages to bring my drink - after 2 reminders. Messed up the main order, which had to be redone because they brought it with exactly what I asked them to exclude. Then they forgot the side order. Bunch of incompetent people running a third grade restaurant with 5-star pricing. Avoid at all costs.
I took my family for dinner on my birthday. Food was ok but service was horrible. There were about 2 service executives who were catering only to some selected groups. We had to wait even for a water refill. Anyways this was what five star service means i guess.
We went to the restaurant for a Sunday Brunch Buffet and I was really impressed with the wide range of options available. It had lots of options: from panipuri and chaats to breads, cheese plater, salads, sushi, customisable sandwiches, hand made pasta/stuffed pasta, haleem, biryani, curries, fish, chicken, sea food, an irani chai stall, gelato, sorbets and a wide range of deserts. Food was really delicious. We were happy with most of the dishes. Staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. We all had a great Sunday Brunch! Additional information - They have some activities for kids too: some games, balloons, tattoo artist etc. The place has Valet parking.
Back from the office, dining at The Square restaurant located at the entrance of the Novotel Bengaluru Techpark provides a wide range of diner buffet, ready to eat or live cuisine. For the best service, ask for Kapendra.
You will love the food and also the very attentive staff!! The spread from breakfast to dinner had a very good mix of local and other cuisines as well that could give you the right amount of food adventure!
