Chili’s is a famous American food joint with multiple outlets all over the world. Their variety of flavours and chic décor always keep you coming back again and again. The unique culinary style that is required to prepare authentic recipes is something that the chefs here are a pro at. The eclectic menu is in line with the various tastes and preferences and serves a variety of delicious American, Italian and Mexican delicacies.
Their mango chilli drink is something I never had - it's definitely recommended. However, the prices are too high
If I'd ever have to talk about slow service, this outlet serving my most favourite American baby back ribs would top the list. Despite having average number of staffing, the service of water and food as well as the clearance was slow for an hour or so of our sitting. I was here on occasion of my brother's birthday and I ordered the baby back ribs - they were cooked to perfection with delicious barbeque sauce brushed all over it. The ribs were juicy and very appetizing and were served with homestyle fries. Being a fan of honey glazed dishes, I ordered the sizzling honey, Chipotle shrimp and tenderloin. The meat was very rubbery, although well done and had not an iota of honey flavour in it. However, the manager - Mr Suman quickly replaced it for us. The roasted red pepper chicken was a classic melange of melted Monterey jack cheese topped onto chicken served with some Mexican rice and roasted bell pepper sauce, it was delicious except for the chicken being a little too charred at the edges. The country fried chicken was perhaps the best part of my meal, it was topped with country gravy and served with a huge corn on the cob on side and THE BEST, cheeziest, MASHED POTATO that I've ever had. It just made my day to an extent that I can't explain. Lastly, they also served us a walnut brownie with ice cream and sung for us and our server, Mr Mayadhar made sure that my glass of water was never empty! It was a lovely experience to be here! Cheers.
I recently went to your Indiranagar branch and had a very bad experience. First, there was no Drought beer available and neither was Kingfisher Premium. Looked like they didnt want to serve the least expensive beer. They apparently had only Bira (449/-). Upon asking we were told that they were facing some license issues due to which they didnt have the drought beer. A place like Chilis with a reach out to the world made some really lame excuse. Second, I had received a SMS from Chilis saying that beer would cost only 1$ (Rs.65/-) encouraging the ongoing FIFA Season. Indiranagar Branch was clearly mentioned in the SMS. However I was denied the same. The reason being they didnt have any more beer left !!!! This is no less that fraud, right? I then approached Mr.Suman asking for some kind of compensation and not to a surprise we were denied anything, A really bad experience and wouldn't really recommend this branch. Expecting to hear from you
We were here as group of friends and had a nice time. The manager was kind enough to book a table for 18 of us on a Saturday. The ambience, menu on card, preparation were very nice. The service lacked bit but still, they managed. Overall, an interesting new experience.
For any restaurant the experience you get for that moment makes it your favorite or not. Chili`s are good at giving that experience especially if it is your birthday or of loved ones, go and tell that and they will try making it special. I have no complains for the food as I am frequent visitor and if you are a veggie like me, still you have decent choices. In all probabilities do not miss to eat their Molten Chocolate cake and yes one is enough for 2 to share. Thank you to Chili`s entire team for making birthday special.
