The Dhaba by Claridges brand offers Punjabi, dhaba style cuisine with its own distinctive twist and charm. A small space of about 40 covers, the bright and colourful interiors with street and truck signage and entertaining slogans will keep you amused as you dine. In keeping with the dhaba concept, the menu is not vast, but there are a few not to be missed dishes, like the Tandoori Dhaba Raan which is lamb marinated overnight in spices, cooked until the meat is falling off the bone, and served with a delicious gravy. For vegetarians, the Kanastari Baingan Bharta and Amritsari Chole, and the Dal Dhaba are must tries. With around ten options in the Bread section, you will have plenty to choose from. The Phirni and Rabri are the standouts amongst the desserts.
A rustic feel given to the interiors throughout the restaurant, they could do better, but the food was good and the delicacies were nice, The chef came to say hello.which was nice touch. The only thing I could add was to complete rustic feel to the interiors,if waiters could be in ethnic Punjabi dresses making it a fully Dhaba feel.
cost is too high,35rps cool drink cost is 159rps which is too much and serving charges are 800. Weak heart people please don't go there by seeing the bill will definitely get heart Stock.
While the name says Dhaba, it is anything but. The restaurant has been themed like a Dhaba and the food is probably inspired by it but thats where it ends. The food though is just fantastic. Everything that I ate was lovely and I really was not sure which one to pick. I was there for a lunch meeting and ended up eating so many starters from the wide spread that I had hardly any room for the main course. I still did eat a naan and some gravy which was again superb. Took a break and ate desserts which had a decent selection and again tasty and ended with a paan which was served complimentary as well. All in all a must visit once for the food.
I was transported to Delhi for a few seconds... their entire staff does the song dance routine so well that I could see some guests standing and dancing wiht them.. not to mention I was tempted too... Goood fingerlicking food... and their take on the cocktails is not unique name wise.. but you've got to try one of them..:-) Enjoiii

Awesome tasty cuisine. The taste is really nice and authentic as the original. We loved it. But it`s bit expensive. Brownie points for Cocktails varieties. Somras is a must try.
