Wondering what the name stands for? It comes from the Icelandic term for puddle jumping! As you enter Hoppipola, you will be transported to some Mediterranean island, with its white and blue décor and coloured glass accents, alongside wrought iron seating. Hoppipola has something for everyone, in terms of food, drink, and entertainment. Looking to catch up with friends over drinks, or a cool spot for a date, or a place to enjoy some affordable eats and drinks while playing board games? Hoppipola has got you sorted. The menu has been created with tongue firmly planted in cheek, and the names of the drinks and dishes are sure to have you snorting into your cocktail with amusement. Mexican, Mediterranean and Continental fare are what dominate. Try the 'Spaghetti Keemanese', their take on a bolognaise, or the 'Paaji’s Makhani Bento' and 'Bangkok Curry Bento', both of which are available as veg or non-veg. The 'DaVinciTini', 'Drown in a Bucket', and 'Blood Bank' are great cocktails to pair with your food.

Swarming with youngsters, this bar always sets the mood for some fun. Sure if you are born before the 90s you might feel out of place, but when there’s some fun drinkies to have, then why not, eh? 💁🏻♀️What TummyTumms Liked..?? • They have really interesting and quirkily presented drinks. Bird cages, Cycles, Wok boxes and even baby’s milk bottles – these guys pull out all the stops when it comes to presenting drinks creatively. • The Hoppi Bath Tub is a rum-based drink with an upside down beer bottle that comes literally comes in a mini bathtub. • The Birdcage was another wonderfully made drink with infusions from melons, kiwi and pineapple. •For starters, the jalapeño cheese bombs kicked off our palate on what’s to come and what more to expect. The oozy cheese inside made quite an explosion in our taste buds. • Cottage Cheese Trilogy which was a super delicious Chinese Chilli Paneer. It was extremely well made with three colours peppers to justify not just the name, but to provide a proper balance of flavour and colour. • Live Music 🎵 added cherry on top. From selection to artist’s voice, it was just perfect. Kudos! • Varieties of games available from Jenga to Monopoly to UNO to what not. We had a great night playing a game of UNO and keeping weird looser’s prize. • White sauce mushroom pasta: decent, nice and creamy, though I would have loved that big punch from those mushrooms, they were mild & a little disappointing. • Choco Black: Perfect end to wonderful night. 🙅🏻♀️What Tummytumms Didn’t Like..?? • Ambience: From entrance via parking to the whole aura inside was very DULL. The wall paints were not soothing at all. • Kulfi Pannacotta was mild and good but lacked a strong punch that it deserves. 🙋🏻♀️ Other Good Things To Order..?? • Amritsari Fish Fingers • Old Monk Chicken Wings 📝TummyTumms Scoreboard: • Taste: 3.8/5 • Ambience: 3/5 • Service: 4/5 • Value For Money: 3.5/5
Visited this place for a quick drink on a Sunday Eve. Firstly the ambiance of the place is not wow types. We ordered for a long island ice tea. Probly the worst cocktail prepared by a bartender. It was just coke and vodkha. The steward refused to change it and improve it. The food was okay. The place is overrated and overpriced. You wouldn't want to pay 525 bucks for a coke and vodkha Liit.
It is a nice and colourful pub to hang out with friends over the weekend. Their beer collection was a bit of a let-downer, as they just had two or three brands. Appetizers were good. Overall, it is a decent place to sit and chat, and without any loud music.
Oh man, definitely the place for the 79 menu. All cocktails dirt cheap when this menu is up. Really good place but Bangalore has better. I would pick this place over others only for its 70 Menu. ( again!)
