The menu at Ministry of Food is extensive, and to truly experience a meal here, you have to follow a certain pattern. For instance, begin with the gyoza, a Japanese dumpling served with miso soup. The flavours are subtle so you can’t have it second. Next, try the mozzarella and tomato salad (it is practically a caprese) that has a wonderful tartness to it. For main course, the prawn tortellini was just perfect. But if you want something with more body, try the alleppy prawn curry with rice. From 3 pm to 7 pm, the restaurant serves quick bites such as kathi rolls, burgers and sandwiches etc., just in case you missed lunch.
