Smoor has become our absolute favourite stop at T2 Arrivals. We somehow end up there every single time. The place just has a comforting vibe: Great food, Lovely ambience, and the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel looked after, especially after a long day.

The team there really deserves a shout-out. Darshana always welcomes me with the brightest smile, and Unni and Bibin are just wonderful. They make everything feel so easy and familiar. And a huge appreciation to the kitchen staff, who manage to keep the taste perfect every time. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency, and we truly value it.

If you’re stopping by, don’t miss the Schezwan Veg Fried Rice, Cajun Fries, and the Walnut Brownies. They never disappoint.

I had a really enjoyable experience dining here. I ordered both the pasta and the fried rice, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and well-prepared both dishes were. The pasta had a great texture and sauce, and the fried rice was perfectly cooked with a nice balance of ingredients. It’s not often that a place does both Western and Asian dishes well, but they really nailed it.

The cleanliness of the restaurant also stood out to me. The dining area, tables, and restrooms were all spotless, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and pleasant. Cleanliness is something I always look for in a restaurant, and this place definitely meets high standards.

On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff lady was polite and efficient, and my food arrived very quickly after ordering. It’s always a bonus when you don’t have to wait long, especially when the quality is still top-notch.

It’s one of the best places I’ve had breakfast and coffee at an airport. The staff is super kind, and the chef is great at making custom orders without losing the taste.
The place is very clean, with spacious seating and lots of light, making it feel roomy and welcoming. The tables are spotless, which adds to the pleasant experience.
The food is fresh and delicious. The salad bowl was crisp and tasty, the creamy mushroom croissant was perfect, and the sandwich was packed with fresh ingredients. The pesto even had that real pine nut flavor! The coffee was great, and the hot chocolate was so rich and yummy.
The price is totally worth it for the quality, especially considering it’s at the airport. I’ll definitely visit again!

Smoor has always been my favorite. Just had a tasty cappuccino and sandwich. A must-visit for all bakery cafe lovers.

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered pancakes, waited 30 minutes, only to be told they forgot my order. On top of that, I ordered a Café Mocha from the menu, but they randomly gave me some Belgium Mocha with a higher price. I only realized when I checked the bill as there was no difference in taste, and their excuse was “the menu was not updated.” How unprofessional is that? If the menu isn’t updated, at least inform the customer before serving and charging extra. This is straight-up cheating customers. Never coming back here.

I Finally got the chance to visit Smoor cafe at Bangalore airport after having it on my list for a while, and it lived up to the hype in some areas. Their gifting packages are really fancy, and the chocolates are top-notch. I tried a sample of their milk chocolate with nuts, which was delicious. The Belgium hot chocolate was also impressive—it reminded me of the quality I’ve tasted in Europe, though the price is just as high as what you'd pay over there.

The savory food looked tempting in the display, so we decided to try the peri peri chicken sandwich. While the chicken itself tasted good, the filling was nowhere near as generous as it looked. The croissant sandwich didn’t had much filling either, and it wasn't crispy as hoped for.

Overall, Smoor is fantastic for chocolates and drinks, but the savory food didn’t quite hit the mark for us.
