In all fairness, a buffet in most hotels in and around business areas makes perfect sense. You get in, eat, and get out. And you don’t really focus on the gourmet quotient of the food. Spice It works because of all the offices nearby. The restaurant is roomy, a tad bright perhaps, but gives you lots of breathing room. I would prefer to go with their À la carte menu though, and pick out some of the more familiar dishes, such as the Thai curry rice, a biryani, or even one of their kathi rolls (inspired by Kolkata no less), or a sandwich to be safe.
