Given the name, it is but fitting that the spices and cuisine of the royal kitchens of the North are the speciality here. Plush seating and a mirrors-and-chandeliers décor gives the space an old school look. Mouth-watering kebabs, prepared with authentic spice rubs and cooked to perfection are definitely the thing to order at this restaurant. Start your meal with one of the Thandai, from Kacche Aam Ka Panna to Boondi Jaljeera and Kalakhatta Shikanji. For vegetarians, the Dahi Kebab is a good bed, and meat eaters should try the Rumwaali Masaledaar Chops, which indeed, have a drizzle of rum, or the slow-cooked Shahi Tawa Nalli. There are a plethora of chicken, mutton and seafood (fish and prawn) items to choose from for mains as well as starters.
