Located at one of Bengaluru’s Prime location Indiranagar, this restaurant offers a range of contemporary north Indian cuisine dishes with conventional flavours and twists. With Uber interiors, Vibrant colours and dramatic lighting, it lives up to its quirky name. The menu at Urban Tamasha is pretty big and covers north Indian, Chinese and Continental. To complement the dishes, the beverage menu offers a selection of mocktails ranging from the classics like ‘Virgin Mojito’ to quirkier options like ‘Spicy Guava and Mango Chill’. The ‘Dragon Chicken’ from the Chinese section and the ‘Lamb Chops’ from the Continental are not-to-be-missed. But coming to the North Indian section, start your meal here with the ‘Cream of Broccoli Soup’ served in a bread basket and then move on to the ‘Sunehri Paneer’ (a spicier and elaborate version of the paneer tikka). The ‘Dahi Kebab’ is excellent and all kinds of tangy, while the ‘Dynamite Chicken’ — old school chilli chicken with lots and lots of green chillies. For the main course, go for the ‘Dal Bukhara’, ‘Veg Dewani handi’ and the ‘Chicken Patiala’ along with 'Rotis' and 'Butter Naan'.
