Waterside, a restaurant in Feathers Hotels in Chennai is a happening venue that offers a unique setup in both indoor and outdoor dining with a water body in the front and sun streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling doorway. The place has an interactive open kitchen where the chefs are in action and cast some magical spell in the dishes. The restaurant use some of the most exclusive and exotic ingredients in the recipes; like ‘Edam’, ‘Bocconcini’ and ‘Danish Blue’ cheeses and ‘wakame’- a type of seaweed used in ‘Miso Soup’.
