Arowana is a restaurant in Sector 65, Gurugram serving Chinese, Asian and Japanese. Known for Chinese dishes; ideal for family meals and group outings.

Overall good experience.

We had the pan asian menu, some of the selection like Sushi was nice, howevere Thai pad noodles felt average with hardly any taste.

The presentation is good, so, so is the service

Went here for dinner mainly because of the 4.5 rating and a 30% Zomato discount — and honestly, it turned out to be quite disappointing. Am centnpercent sure the reviews are paid for or from friends and family now!

From the outside, the place markets itself with Pan Asian posters and even Japanese text, creating an expectation of a themed dining experience. But once inside, the identity is completely lost. The menu has everything — Indian, Chinese, Afghani, Continental and ends up doing none of it well. There’s no real Pan Asian vibe, not even a proper fine dining feel.

The restaurant was almost empty when we reached around 10 PM. We sat on a 6-seater sofa since there was no crowd and the sofa looked comfy. After we had already ordered and food was served, the staff asked us to shift to a 4-seater table without any clear reason. When we politely asked if there was a booking or any specific reason, the response was quite rude. Just a blunt “You’re two people, you can’t sit here,” despite the place being empty. We were being nice and considerate and hence asking if they were setting a table or something but that one particular server was being plain rude again and again mentioning you cannot sit here..that's it!

The food unfortunately matched the experience — below average and very basic. When a place tries to be everything, it often ends up being nothing in particular, and that’s exactly what this felt like.

If you do go, go only for discount, very desi-style Chinese food and be prepared for poor customer service. Otherwise, the experience does not match what’s being advertised. Personally, I don’t see this place sustaining in a market like Gurgaon without improving customer orientation and consistency.

Excellent food quality while having Pan Asian cuisine. So we went for a lunch and loved the whole vibe of the restaurant. Ample seating place with a very classy design and just loved the whole look and the design of the restaurant. Resturant is perfectly designed as a fine dining experience with very small details in designing. It’s very hard to find a good quality pan Asian restaurant in gurgaon where after eating the meal your stomach did not cry out. After eating the food in few hours food got digested and there was absolutely no bloating. Sticky rice with Fish in black bean sauce went very well. Chicken clear soup was excellent. Even the pepper garlic Prawn was full of flavour. My only feedback would be less of coating the fish or prawn when it comes to cooking prawns specially. Because sometimes thick batter coating kills the flavour of the prawns. Also the fish should have less coating. Apart from that staff and service was excellent. Would surely visit again. Would love to try out more of the dishes. If you are looking for a good healthy PAN Asian Food near M3M 65 then this is the place to dine for sure.

Brilliant Drinks, Fine Dine Gen Z pan Asian menu, good portions, colourful and cozy and ofcourse great location for an Insta pic! The decor is so versatile that every pic can have a different view based on how you see it.

Great food & extremely attentive and thoughtful service. Mr. Bhupinder Rawat was our server and did a great job recommending food and then bringing it over promptly.
Always good to eat at a place that goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The serving ware and cutlery is cute top.

We (3 family with young kids) went for lunch. The staff was very rude. Not attentive, no one to take the order or to request water or anything. They even cleared a plate of a kid who was still eating and then very rudely blamed it back on us that weren't you watching when I was clearing the table.
Is this the type of experience one would like to have when we are going outside for an enjoyable meal and some relaxing time??????

This is the restaurant that I think has the best balance between price and taste.
The food decoration is very nice.
This is more than a 5 star hotel restaurant.

Delicious food, cozy and soft ambience, and great service. Shrimp crystal Dim sum and sushi is a must try. Recommended mocktail would be Arowana and Mexicana.
