⭐ 5/5 – Outstanding Experience at Castles Barbeque, Elan Town Centre (Sector 67 Gurgaon)

I visited Castles Barbeque today and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was delicious—from starters to desserts, everything was perfect. But what truly made the visit unforgettable was the exceptional service.

A very special mention to Mr. Rajkumar (I believe he is the manager, and he definitely deserves a promotion). His hospitality and professionalism were on another level. I had a movie booked and was getting late, so he personally ensured that the food we couldn’t finish was packed quickly and properly for us.

Despite being busy, he remembered that it was our anniversary, arranged a small celebration, and even clicked pictures for us. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care are something I have never seen in any restaurant before.

He even insisted that I taste something from the main course, but unfortunately, I was short on time. Still, his gesture showed how committed he is to giving guests the best possible experience.

Truly, this was one of the best service experiences of my life.
Highly recommended!

Great experience. Special mention to Ms. Pinki and team for five star service. Amazing staff although the food quality and taste can improve. Overall worth the visit.

Ms Pinky Singh is a star over here. She is very professional, humble and a great host. Very hardworking ! Definitely deserves a good position. Thanks to Altaaf also for being a great host. The food and ambience was great.
Thank you so much

The food was not fresh, they served stale pav with bhaaji. The pavs were already in small sized random bits and pieces and were stale.
They served just pure vanila ice-cream even after displaying different styles ice cream.
The food was below average.
The items were actually very less than what was written over the menu.

Went here for a weekday dinner - we called them before going to make sure all items were available.
Most of the items mentioned in the menu were available but the food was quite average - the barbecue items, crispy corn and momo were good but everything else was quite average.

The staff were either too few or too untrained and seemed to be struggling to attend the customers. We had to repeatedly go in search of waiters and had to chase them asking for drinks and water.
The service was very slow and the food can improve.
The prawn bbq was excellent but the fish can definitely improve

Food quality is good.
Food Variety is less.
Staff service is pathetic, after some time they will stop asking you for further choices. Unlike other BBQs where the staff will keep on suggesting items and keep on refilling the BBQs , here we were literally ignored.
After 2-3 requests I had to request the manager. Although our request was fulfilled within minutes but tbh manager's attitude didn't seem very pleasant.
Also in other BBQs I have seen chef / manager will come and ask for feedback about taste and service, here I didn't find any initiative.
I saw other guests were also having some issues.

I visited this place on Sunday and had an overall great experience. The food and service were excellent, and the Branch Manager, Shyamu, was very courteous and helpful. I truly enjoyed my time here.
