Recently visited this place and I had a lovely experience. The ambience of the place was great and staff was really courteous. They serve both authentic Chinese and Italian cuisines together which is pretty rare and quite innovative. I tried • shrimp ball soup - absolutely amazing. Perfect start to my lunch. A must try. •Prawn dimsum and chix suimai- dimsums are my absolute love and I wasn't disappointed with what was served. Prawn was really tender and suimai was really flavourful. •Mapu tofu, Chinese forest, Tomato and pineapple fried rice - tofu was really succulent and spices were on point and Chinese forest is an absolute delight for vegetarians. • Tiramisu - star of the day. It was really subtle. Not too sweet. Perfectly the way it should be. Overall I really enjoyed my evening. The authenticity of the food was the best part. Will surely visit again.
I was here the other day for a meeting over lunch and so little did I expect it'd turn into a gastronomical trip. Lemme tell you Chao Bella serves Chinese and Italian cuisine both with great authenticity. 💯 Mr Balvir took great care of our palate and we started with the Chinese affair. We started with Shrimp Ball Soup it was something new that I had. It was almost like a clear soup but w/ diced veggies, lil vermicelli and shrimp balls which were boiled. The flavours were on point. Along with that, we had Prawn Dumplings and Chicken Shumai. Nicely filled with meat, adequately steamed the skin wasn't too thick or thin and was intact till I had 'em. Moving on to the mains we had quite a few dishes but I'd really recommend you to have their Chicken Hunan, Pork Ribs and Tomato and Pineapple Fried Rice. Pork Ribs were just great, super tender with flavours right on point. 💯 Desserts to end with we tried Tiramisu - It tasted pretty subtle maybe they can increase the intensity. Zuccoto is surely the star of my desserts. It was so divine that I just couldn't get enough of it. Super rich in all aspect. My new favourite here or Delhi NCR for that matter. All in all, I had a great experience. Everything was amazing. I shall surely be back again for my Italian experience.
Great for a quiet dining experience. The salmon dinner and stir fried vegetables were very good. The tiramisu was a light parfait and very good. The service was average, since you often had to flag a waiter to get service.
Excellent food and service, very cool spot in India! Very unique restaurant with a very large menu. Definitely recommend!
Excellent food! Special thanks to all shefs n Santosh n Him n Diksha for their sevice! Sure we will visit again!
