Chelvies Coffee is a cafe in Sector 144, Noida serving cake, coffee and fast food. Known for coffee and desserts; ideal for coffee catch-ups and casual meals.

Went there a couple of hours back. Not a good experience - in fact, a bad one. The only saving grace was the ambiance, which was decent if not great. Let me narrate my experience.

1. First, after noticing nobody came to take our order for almost 10 minutes, we scanned the QR code placed on the table and ordered a white chocolate mocha, sautéed veggies and cheese chillies toast. It was thereafter the staff came to our table and gave us a full menu, constituting of many other items which were not shown on the online menu. By this time, we had already paid for the order.

2. Now, the server said white chocolate mocha was not available and if we would like to replace it with something else. Anyhow, we obliged and ordered another coffee.

3. And this replacement hot coffee, while tasting good, was merely warm, borderline cold I’d say. Sorry, not worth it.

4. The sautéed veggies - again - had too much green capsicum plus chunks of other standard veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini etc. Again, decent but not like a 4+.

5. The worst was yet to come - in the form of toast - the cheese on it was smelly and not fresh - one simply couldn’t keep it on the table. We asked the server why is this case, to which the reply was - there is some issue or something with the oven. I mean, come on. Are you serious? Nevertheless, we asked them to replace it with another dish (fries). Just to reiterate, because we had already paid for the order, we decided to exchange it. In normal circumstances, we would have simply paid for the coffee and sautéed vegetables and gotten out.

In a nutshell, this wasn’t a Saturday brunch we were hoping for. If this place needs to compete with other top-notch restaurants/coffee places in Sec 144 Noida, it needs to step up big time. Anyways, I am not gonna go here again! Thank you!

Visited the restaurant in the afternoon for a team lunch. We ordered a couple of pizzas, fries, pasta, sushi and a few beverages. The food was excellent, especially the pizzas, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The overall experience was delightful, and the entire team thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and service.

What stood out was the prompt service. Unlike many places where food takes ages to arrive, here our dishes kept coming out every few minutes post an initial wait of 10-15 minutes, making the lunch smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for group outings and casual gatherings.

Please visit this nice little coffee place in noida. Pet friendly. Nice vibe. Good place to work remote and enjoy a really good cup of coffee. Wood fired pizza is to die for. Chef Sumit prepared the best mouth melting wood fired pizza and its the one i am gonna come back again for ❤️

Awesome pizza. Since I can’t eat mushrooms they changed the options to add paneer instead. Loved the cold coffee. Rizvi took good care of us :)

Loved the place. Food is delicious, warm and cozy ambience. Service is also good. Restaurant is pet friendly.

The restaurant is committing fraudulent activities

Yesterday, I went there, and I ordered their English breakfast combo, which on the menu was ₹610 (photos attached)

When I got the bill, they have charged me 699 for that platter (bill attached)

Also, the description says croissant and coffee. They have refuse to serve croissant and saying I can’t read proper English. It’s not what it says.

On top of that, no refund was provided, and I asked for a manager, said everyone is on leave. You can go.

Not recommended at all, there are other good places with better service and better behaving staff

Cranberry infused coffee is actually good, with sweetness dominating bitterness at the end. One can try since it also boast speciality of theirs.

However, what lacks is their upsetting service and freshness of pastry I tried. Super sticky banana bread and not at all fresh.

More hype than worth.

Subject: Serious Food Safety & Service Concerns – Feedback on Outlet Visit

Visited Date: 23rd September 2025
Incident Time: ~14:10 hrs

Dear Management/Team Chelvish,

I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a highly disappointing and unsafe dining experience at your outlet.

On 23rd September, I ordered Alfredo Pasta along with a Café Frappe, and to my shock, I found stone pieces in the pasta. One piece even got stuck in my molar tooth, causing me significant discomfort. I immediately showed both the attendant and the chefs (Mr. Jaspal & Mr. Sresth). They themselves admitted it was not any spice but actual hard stone pieces, which could not be broken even when tested.

This was not just unpleasant but a serious food safety hazard. Unfortunately, the way the staff handled the situation made it worse — they seemed under-trained, under-authorised, and lacked basic guest communication and hospitality skills. There was no proper acknowledgment, no confidence in handling the matter, and no clear solution offered.

This is not the first concern I’ve raised. During my earlier visit on 21st September, I had already shared hygiene issues with the manager (Mr. Kamal). At that time, I personally pointed out hair inside the cutlery holder and greasy dust around the mustard sauce bottle. Though the manager acknowledged it, no corrective action seems to have been taken, and the latest incident on 23rd was a complete blunder.

I strongly urge the management and founders to take this feedback seriously. A brand is built with immense effort, but lapses like these at the unit level can damage its reputation. It is critical to have competent managers and chefs who can uphold hygiene standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

My trust in the outlet has been severely shaken, and I sincerely hope immediate steps are taken to address:
•	Food safety protocols in the kitchen.
•	Hygiene checks in dining and service areas.
•	Staff training for communication, guest service, and escalation handling.

This experience was completely unacceptable and requires urgent corrective action.
