Choi's

Choi's is situated in Signature Global Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. It's a MulitiCuisine restaurant. Choi has a variety of Korean, Chinese, North Indian, Italian, Continental, Mexican menu selection. It's a very nicely done up restaurant. Service is fast and the staff is really hospitable. The only problem which I faced was due to large variety of menu the focus was not on any on the cuisine which they offered. We specifically went to try their Korean Menu and ordered a bunch of different items:

Sweet Chilli Chicken
TTEOBOKKI
Spicy Miso Ramen
Veg Kimbap Roll
Potato Fries
Dal Tadka

Given that they are the first to introduce Korean food in Vaishali, Indirapuram, Kaushambi and Vasundhara I would like to give full marks on tryout. However, I specifically told them to improve the authenticity of the Korean food items.

We also ordered from North Indian cuisine and the same tasted not good at all. I was surprised to receive Dal Fry made with Arhar Dal instead of Channa Dal and the taste was not at all upto the mark.

Will look forward to visit them again and post an update soon.

The place is beautiful and elegant. Service is very fast & the staff is very hospitable.
Loved the chilli paneer, it's a must try.
I ordered butter garlic noodles and spring rolls, both of the dishes were mouthwatering.
The owner is very humble and cooperative.
Would love to visit here with family.♥️

Best Korean Restaurant in Ghaziabad & Delhi. The place serves really amazing & delicious ramens & sushi. They additionally provide live barbeque options both veg & non veg. But the service is bit slow

Just an average. As per the exclusive cuisine they offer, the ambience and overall experience wasn't upto expectations.
Price is fine, but not exactly the Korean vide and feel at the location.

Had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant a few months back. It was Monday evening. There was no one in the restaurant - no customer, no staff. Seems they were not expecting anyone. Sat there for good 10 minutes waiting for staff to appear. Then one person came - not from inside but from outside. Turned out to be staff. We ordered Korean Fried Chicken - the simplest thing- to see how their food was before ordering more. It came. It was so hard that it was impossible to chew. We told the staff we cannot have that and prepared to leave - too scared to order anything else. When we were leaving a person came - don't know manager or owner- and started insulting and quizzing us. He asked us if we had ever tried Korean food anywhere- if yes, where? Worst experience.

Excellent service. Hospitable owner. The Korean and Japanese flavors are authentic, given what we had. The Chicken Dosirak and Chicken Tonkastu were excellent.

Ambience and Services are best and Korean dishes are superb

Not the best or authentic Korean. The flavours have been tweaked to Indo-Chinese, which is a deviation from authentic Korean.
Service is also mot good. They didn't provided tissue and plates also we have to tale it from next table . Staff is busy on phone.

I don't like the food . No taste in food.
I wish them all the best and hope they will improve their service and food quality
