With a revamped space and a fresh menu that has been created by the legendary Taj Mahal Hotel chef himself along with pitch-perfect execution and an imaginative pairing of flavours, this restaurant will keep you coming back for more. The decor has a romantic quality, with indoors appointed with vintage photographs of Indian royalty and poignant lines etched on the terrace wall. The open kitchen is also a joy to behold, a culinary theatre where there’s a possibility of seeing Chef Oberoi in action. The menu entries are built on the celebrity chef’s unrivalled experience and exposure in the world of gastronomy, with classic dishes like 'Milk Fed Baby Lamb Chops', 'Chef’s Chicken Burger', as well as 'Fish and Chips with Tartar Sauce', honed to perfection. 'Bay Prawns Navarin, Chilli and Caper Berries' is a carefully constructed affair, where succulent prawns drift around in a white sea, flecked with crushed caper berries and chilli flakes. 'Miso Black Cod', baby vegetables, ups the ante on the umami. Here the cod is allowed to be the star of the show while the stack of baby radish, carrots, snow peas and dill introduces refreshing notes of flavour.
