Sometimes you need a place to escape to after a particular gruelling week at work and are on lookout for an escape. Feel the need to sink in onto a comfy sofa with a good book and coffee? Then we have just the place for you! To enjoy the luxurious feeling of doing nothing drive down to ‘Crack Pot Café’ at the ground floor in E Block of East of Kailash. It’s a perfect hideout on a lazy day to be relished alone or with a good friend. You are lucky as the place is everything you hope it would be, trendy, casual, fun and pocket-friendly. Even after being located in such a prime location, Crack Pot Café falls easy on the pockets and also on the eyes. It is a gem of a place that deserves to be enjoyed at leisure.

Crack Pot Café hosts a likeable typical café menu that gives a diner plenty of options to indulge in. Start however with a long refreshing glass of peach ice tea or a rich banana smoothie to accompany the appetizers. For a comforting feeling enjoy, chicken consommé, som tam salad, bruschetta 3 of a kind, taco nacho Mexican macho, my barbeque chicken wings, funky baked fries, fish fingers with tartar sauce, cottage cheese satay, fungi di formaggio and chicken nuggets with paprika mayo. You can then fill yourself up on, grilled vegetable burger, Sicilian garlic chicken, barbeque chicken sandwich, four cheese pizza, crackpot fusilli pasta, Lebanese chicken roll, Moroccan vegetable stew with cous cous, grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, green Thai curry, black bearded chicken steak and toasty lamb burger.

Finish on a sweet note with chocolate fudge cake, tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake, banana split and chocolate brownie with ice cream. The vibe at Crack Pot Café is fun, pop and youthful. It seems like a trendier version of a well decorated guy pad with unvarnished exposed brick walls, next to the polished grey ones. The space is compact and colourful, with a youthful element to it that will relate with the young set. Animated wall posters compliment the scene perfectly, matching the cheerful hues used in the café. You can jazz up your evening by having a round of shots around the pool table. If you are looking for some alone time, pick a table in the corner and waste the hours away.
