The décor may be contemporary cabin like but menu is fully traditional. It covers pretty much all the states cleverly adapting only the best of the regions. Enjoy your first course with paya ka shorba, macchali tikka curry patta, murgh banno kebab, barrah peshawari, falon ki bhuni chaat, indian style seafood broth, tandoori jhinga, murgh afghani, zafrani bharwa tingri, banarasi gilafi seekh, boti kebab, samundari tandoori pomfret, kastoori kebab, sikandari raan and murgh malai tikka. The flavours are flawless showing the technique mastered by the chef. Your delightful second course has jhinga masaledar, murgh chettinad, rogan josh, magaz curry, paneer birbal ki pasand, hyderabadi baingan, pindi chole, rista, laal maas, murg ki khurchan, fish Malabar, mutton venchina mamsam, khumb do piyaza, tabak mazz, zafrani malai kofta, bhuna gosht, naddru paneer yakhani, murgh rahra and gushtaba. The Kashmiri section is a must have. The curries are spicy and aromatic and marvellous.


To accompany the mains opt for hyderabadi biryani and assorted rotis from tandoor section. The flatbreads are flaky and soft. Made in India keeps kathi rolls on the menu too. You will easily understand why the restaurant is so well known when you sample their food. The seats by the window is the best in the house so ask to be seated there.
