Excellent is the word that best describes the food here. Whether you sit in the cafe-like front room with glass walls, the dimly-lit 'gully' or the bar area with lounge seating, the accent is on the food. It's not modern Indian as much as nostalgic Indian: playful platters of warm galouti pate in a jar with batons of ulta tawa parathas; kulle chaat; biryani croquettes - all replicate the flavours of the past with the plating of the present, in surroundings that are completely without pretension. Highly recommended.
