Dietliciouz is a sunny 12-seater fitness café finished in soothing Jaipur-blues and appointed with enough of greens and woods to put you in a health-conscious mood right away. If you are looking for a one-stop-cafe which caters to nearly every health plan, Dietliciouz might fit the bill. A plate of 'Hummus n Veggies' presented cold and pasty hummus served alongside very lightly sautéed batonettes of zucchini, carrots and broccoli. The hummus was balanced with garlic and lemon but completely devoid of olive oil and the unseasoned veggies should have spent more time in the pan. It preceded a plate of 'Grilled Salmon', which I requested to be served with skin on. I was rather appalled to see fish-scales left undetached on the skin and it took some convincing for the kitchen to clean up and serve me overcooked salmon with veggies and dry couscous. Dietliciouz is conveniently located a few blocks away from Lodhi Gardens and opens early at 8 AM.
