A Bollywood-themed restaurant with a feel of being on a set is what Filmy Flavours is about. Every wall is adorned with celebrity posters and the seating is done up in vibrant colours. All around the restaurant, you can see vivid Bollywood mannequins with colossal LED television screens playing Bollywood tracks. Serving a buffet with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, the spread is lavish with seven starters, some of which include cocktail salsa potatoes (fried and tossed in flavourful creamy cheese dip), zesty pudina paneer tikka, perfectly spiced honey chilli potatoes, soya malai tikka, and hara bhara kababs. There are also salads, main course preparations such as kurkuri bhindi, dal makhani, manchurian and fried rice, and desserts such as refreshing paan ice cream. Do not to forget the piping hot manchow soup.
Bad ambience Bad food. Even reaching out to the restaurant was shabby entrance. Desserts were also average with limited option. For starters you have to ask for available opinions
If you are a big fan of bollywood movies then this place is totally for you, this bollywood theamed restaurant is amazing, I really liked their ambience it was very colourfull and vibrant with many bollywood stars posters and quotes of different movies used for their decor. This place will never disappoint you, will surely entertain you with some good 90s bollywood songs. Their service is amazing, staff is very corporative, they are always there at your service. Totally loved their food 👌 their menu is very vast you can can go for northian food aswell as Chinese. I tried their mohabat hai mirch murg tikka, tandoori momos, Chilli paneer peggy chops,Katrina corn tikki, Rock and roll veg salt and pepper for starters. I specially liked their chilly paneer and sweet corn chat it was amazing and different in taste 😍 and for Main course I had their Dil mange Chicken manchurian gravy with fried rice it was decent in taste. I also had their Malai ka kofta with butter naan it was totally lipsmacking. For desserts I had their phirni nad ganv bang gulab jamun it was nice 👌 In all my experience was great ❤️
I've been quite frequent to this place but somehow I feel, it needs to be spiced up more now....Although, due to fusion of Bollywood theme and unlimited 4-5 course meal concept it might be able to attract new customers but for sure is not able to provide the perfect adhesive to the existing customer base. Spending just few more bucks would give a much more better experience at other locations. Overall, I would not be able to provide any pros but there is a list of cons that needs to be taken care of 1. Service capabilities, as soon as the crowd increases the service quality tends to fall down. 2. There is not much difference in the menu for the past 2 years as I remember... 3. Unavailability of the items mentioned in the Menu 4. Not enough cooling in summers 5. Unable to exploit the Bollywood Theme properly Overall, I feel that the place is lacking in innovation in order to maintain it's position.
With respect to the price the food is OK, but for party and get together with friends it's not so good. And the service was also not up to the mark. They have TV at many places and the place where I was sitting only adds were shown and from the next TV they were playing songs.
Had organised a lunch party with my friends. I can say food was good and everyone liked it. But, ACs weren't effective at all. All our guests including us were sweating like anything. Being lunch time and also May month, it was too hot and bad AC cooling spoiled the charm of the party. Would advice owner to work over it, as it's equally important aspect along with good food.
