The Glass House is the all-day diner of the hotel. With full-length glass doors overlooking a well-manicured garden, it tries hard to be a cut above the rest. There is live music during the extensive Sunday brunch buffet and a dinner buffet every evening. A lunch-time buffet is laid out when the occupancy warrants it. Do visit their salad ‘counter’ that is part of the buffet: it is actually a chilled room, to keep the salads and desserts fresh!
There are times in your life when you can’t be home. This trip to Gurgaon was such. I stayed at the Hilton. The service is amazing. Even tough I had busy days and was tired by evening, I used to go down in the evenings for dinner instead of room service just to interact with the staff who go out of their way to make your experience memorable. As this was a long trip I got pretty friendly with the staff who even in the busy evening dinner settings took time out to interact with you and make you feel welcome. A few names which are worth mentioning are Suraj, Hillol, Pooja, Prakesh, Prateek and Paramjit. This one time Prateek was going on a vacation for a few days to Alwar, he offered to get milk cake for me as it’s famous there. I’m not a big fan of Milk cake so I politely declined but it’s the thought that matters. Paramjit (Restaurant executive) goes out of his way to make anything available which may not be on the menu. This was a really memorable trip and the next time I’m in Gurgaon I would surely stay here. This was my home away from home.
After eating here almost exclusively for over 2 weeks I can say the food is consistently good. My first trip to India from the United States and I wasnt prepared for the level of heat of the Indian dishes..or my wimpy stomach. I did mainly stick to the international dishes and dont remember the names of the Indian dished I did eat. The service here is top notch. Prateek especially took time to get me dishes to try but several others as well and pretty much the entire staff went above and beyond time and time again. My favorites are the chicken and chickpea broth, margherita pizza, alfredo pasta, club sandwhich, and everything in the breakfast buffet.
Excellent place.Nice hospitality and good food .Mister Prateek , soumitra is one of the best.I strongly recomend.
My wife won the contest during the ongoing Uttrakhand Food Festival and landed in Glass House....We were greeted with great warmth by the restaurant manager - Soumitra who introduced us to Rajesh Singh-the chef...who walked us through the entire spread explaining each and every dish with details of ingredients and background stories of how the dish got the name. The spread was huge and we tried to taste everything but couldn't. Note: please leave some space for sweet dish otherwise you will end up overeating. The festival is on till 30th April
Recently I had visited Glass House , Hilton to relist Uttarakhand cuisine . Chef Manoj Rawat , along with his team has done a fantastic job to showcase the cuisine . Chef has introduced rare ingredients and unexplored dishes of mostly Almora region . I liked the service and the ambiance of Glass House . A well researched food fest curated by Chef Manoj Rawat along with Maneesh Shrivastav and Vickhram Vicky is still on till 30th of this month . Do visit and try the food . It is really worth to visit .
The name ‘Glass House’ might suggest a room made of glass but it is nothing so. Instead they give a beautifully furnished room with an amazing view. Glass House is an all-day dining operation of Hilton Garden Inn, South city 2, Gurgaon. Least to say it is classy and tastefully furnished as expected. Wide spacious room is dotted by pretty furniture awaiting the customers. The twenty four-seven operation hosts many customers who come with desire to taste heavenly food in awesome ambience. The hotel is a beautiful property with lovely lush gardens which Glass House tries to take full advantage of. A huge glass wall brings the outdoor in providing you with a stunning serene view of the manicured lawns. Sophisticated and opulent the restaurant is a worthy place to visit on pleasant days with your partner. In fine weather choose to sit outside in the veranda gazing the garden in all its beauty.

For final stop on this gastro journey taste tiramisu, rasmalai pista elaichi, hazelnut mousse, warm mud cake, melting chocolate cake and fresh fruit platter.
