Tried only vegetarian food here. Quality of food is found to be very local. Too much of sugar is added in the soft drinks, tastes nice but quality is very low... Staff is good but manager of the restaurant is uncourteous...
I visited this restaurant today and am quite content with it. So here is the brief review about it. The restaurant has a train theme wherein you can have your meal in an enclosed compartment, totally reserved to you. The ambience is sober and fine. But there were tiny bugs flying around in one of the compartments, so we moved to another one. About the food, we had a Haiyan special vegetable platter which was sufficient for four people. I won't say it was amazing and we haven't had better before, but yes it was good. The service was quick and the staff was also cordial. So in a nutshell, it's a good place worth the money.
ambiance: colorful and semi-luxurious staff: courteous not very crowded cozy restaurant food is very tasty and spicy presentation of food is decent the decor of restaurant is very delightful
So I liked the whole cabin seating arrangement. It is nice and private. Food was okay, nothing great. Service was pretty fast. The place needs some overhauling, it looks a little worn out.
Food is good here but the service is very slow even at the time when there are no other guests. The food is good, portion size is also good. It serves oriental food, ambience is also good. Slight improvement in the service can make this place a great place to eat.

Mop up the curries with a basket of flatbreads or a platter of aromatic rice/biryani. Service is friendly and prompt, which adds to the experience. Prices are well in reach. Haiyan is a medium pricey place so indulge freely. Interiors of the restaurant are quite pleasing. An element of feminity is infused through floral patterned high backed chairs, chandelier of Middle Eastern lamps, ceramic plates mounted on the wall and a large Buddha wall installation. The dose of bright color added by the delicate furnishings instantly attracts your eye. Haiyan is smartly and tastefully furnished. Dining style is formal so Haiyan could be a good place to entertain somebody. During meal times the restaurant fills up quickly. Better call to book ahead.
