Step inside Haveli Dharampura and discover Lakhori - a refined heritage restaurant that celebrates the timeless flavours of Old Delhi. Set within a beautifully restored 19th-century haveli near Jama Masjid, Lakhori offers an intimate dining experience where culture, architecture, and cuisine come together in the heart of Shahjahanabad. Dine in evocative courtyards, arched verandahs, and traditional rooms that carry the charm of Purani Dilli’s bygone era. As the haveli lights up at dusk, the ambience becomes truly magical - perfect for couples, culture lovers, and anyone seeking a slice of Old Delhi’s royal warmth. Lakhori’s menu is inspired by the culinary traditions of Chandni Chowk and the Mughal kitchens of Jama Masjid. Expect elevated versions of Old Delhi classics and regional favourites: melt-in-the-mouth Galouti Kababs, slow-cooked Nihari, fragrant Biryani, indulgent Dal Lakhori, and signature chaats recreated with finesse. The bar complements the food beautifully with house specials like the Panchratna - a vibrant blend of spirits and citrus. End your meal with traditional desserts such as Dariba Phirni, Kulfi Falooda, or Coconut Malai, each crafted to honour Delhi’s sweet heritage. Lakhori also hosts enchanting cultural evenings, including traditional performances that bring the haveli alive. Whether you join us for a special occasion or a leisurely dinner, Lakhori promises an experience that captures the soul of Old Delhi.

This a real jem our local friend took us to. The restaurant is breath-taking and gorgeous. The food is out of this world and among the best meals we had in India. The biggest highlight was the rooftop and flying kites with thr staff, this was an unforgettable memory we will forever cherish from Delhi.

Beautiful haveli but disappointing, limited vegetarian fare. Only the aloo achari was good. The starters especially the kaccha kela tikki were not good.

The food was fine, and the service was especially quite good. In terms of logistics, we came here for lunch around noon as a group of three. We had a reservation for an hour later actually, but they were able to seat us earlier anyways since it wasn't that busy.

Discover the charm of Lakhori Haveli, an exquisite relic nestled in the heart of Old Delhi. Its timeless architecture and intricate designs transport you to an era of Mughal grandeur and historic elegance. A hidden gem in the bustling lanes of Shahjahanabad. #LakhoriHaveli #OldDelhi Heritage #Architecture #Delhi Diaries"

Wednesday dinner here was memorable. The live classical music paired beautifully with our meal. Started with some appetizers while listening to the sitar. The thick stone walls completely shut out the Old Delhi chaos. Tried their non-vegetarian dishes; they were all really good.

The reason why I rate 2☆ was because I have never expected that only the course menu is available during the weekend, and there was no notice when I booked a table on the website. We had a late lunch and did not order a full menu regardless of the price of the course. We could not finish all the courses and asked takeaway, which was refused as well. We ate only some of them and paid 8,000+ for no value, unfortunately. I do recommend friends to keep it in mind.

Lakhori Haveli in Old Delhi is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner. The ambiance with traditional décor really sets the mood. They have some amazing and unique dishes on the menu. We tried some new things yesterday. It was all delicious. My girlfriend and I were looking for a new place close to our apartment, and I think we’ve found it.

The place is nice with good interiors, staff and service. But the route to this restaurant is very confusing and not really good. Ofc, because it's in chandni chowk. Also the food is okay, with good presentation but according to Indian taste, everything seems too sweet. Like not spicy but sweet taste. Didn't enjoy much
