Regional food is given top billing at this outlet and you have a menu section labelled as 'Masterji’s All Day Nashta'. You can try the 'Darzi ka Dabba' here, a full meal featuring 'Parmesan Cheese Butter Toast', 'Irani Bun Maska', 'Onion Fritters' and 'Chai Latte'. For the ravenous diner, the section offers 'Amritsar Di Thali', a medley of Amritsari kulcha/leavened bread, Pindi Chana, chutney, pickles, onion, butter and chai latte. In case you want to venture beyond the country and crave spicy tidbits to go with your tipple, the 'BBQ Chicken Wings' are a wise choice. The juicy chicken wings come slathered with a feisty gravy to tickle your taste buds. Another smart option to go for when you are feeling peckish is the 'Baida Roti', a roti envelope stuffed with mutton mince and eggs. The 'Darzi Mutton Curry' served with 'Lachha Paranthas' is a treat in cold winter days as the warming stew satiates the soul with its heat and fragrance.
Searching around for somewhere to eat in Delhi ended up in Connaught Place. Unassuming doorway leads to a decent A/C bar. Clean. Good music. Good drinks and food selection. Reasonably busy. Quite western style but traditional food. Would recommend this place as an escape from the agent pushed places.
Today I went to darzi cafe with my friends in cp outer circle😍 and had an amazing time with them, there service is nice, food served is good. Talking about their ambience it's great, very spacious and accomodated with classy seatings they have two floors, according to your mood you can choose the seatings. They have bar as well, you can come and enjoy your cocktail watching cricket and football matches with your friends, Staff here is attentive and good at service 👌I had couple their ISBT Makhni maggie, Aloo khumani ki tikki and batata vada in appetizers. All were different and Decent in taste. In mocktails I had there master ji beauty tonic and charanamrit. Beauty tonic was very refreshing and was good in taste. In main course I had their master ji ki daal, paneer butter masala, chicken taka tak and bread tandoori roti and naan.I specially liked their dum aloo kashmiri it was lipsmaking, gravy was thick and aloo was properly cooked. In desserts we had their shahi tukda croquants. It was nice👌
As the names suggests , the interiors of this place have elements of a ‘darzi’ i.e. tailor! The cocktails and dishes are tailor made to your liking ! The staff is courteous and the service is prompt. I tried quite a few cocktails and have mentioned my favourite ones in the highly recommended section and also a few in the must try !Highly recommended:Food:Pomfret pollichattu: a Kerala style preparation of fish. The fish is wrapped in banana leaves and served on a sizzling plate. The fish is very soft and the flavours have seeped in. This dish is hard to resist and will be over before you know it !Patthar ke kebab: lamb kebabs that are cooked over stone and served over stones ! Succulent pieces of lamb that melt in your mouth with every bite. When paired with green chutney , there is nothing more you’d want from this dish.Darzi masala raan: as a part of main course I tried their special raan. The mutton was cooked and prepared very well. The meat was soft with all the right flavours. I must mention that the quality of meat served was very good. A dish tastes well not only if the preparation is well but also if the ingredients are of good quality. This place maintains both , which is highly commendable.Drinks:Somras & Kingsman saffron cream: I repeated these cocktails as I loved their preparation. Both of them are rum cocktails but with very distinct flavours. Somras called the drink of the gods is for all those who like a strong cocktail. Kingsman saffron cream is a dessert in the form of a cocktail. Very unique tastes to savour in the form of cocktails.Must try:Masala anda nachos : this was my first try of egg nachos and I really liked it. It contains boiled eggs chopped and cooked in mustard oil. This dish is like a combination of starter and main course where the masala eggs give a main course touch while the nachos give a starter touch to it.Shahi Tukda croquants: shahi Tukda served with kesar pista ice cream. Though I’d prefer a different ice cream flavour along with the dish, the shahi Tukdas were undoubtedly delectable.Toffee rum shake & coffee pie : rum cocktails with distinct flavours. One has a toffee touch to it while the other has a coffee touch. Preference of cocktails is very subjective to ones palate. These were also made well but I preferred the ones in the highly recommended section as per my palate.I had a lovely dining experience with courteous staff. I’d definitely go back to gorge on the items from my highly recommended list !
It is a nice place to hangout with friends. The food is good. I enjoyed it. The staff is friendly. A bit costly, but every cafe in CP is expensive
• Yesterday i went to "Darzi bar and kitchen" with my friends for lunch. I was planning to go there from couple of days but due to lack of time couldn't managed. so it's in cp outer circle and the nearest metro station is rajiv chowk, bit a walking distance from there.• It is located in first floor with attached terrace and the whole ambiance is created in such a way to give the rustic darzi kinda feeling like wise there is wall hangings which is clothes hangers and a complete whole section is on swing machines. A dark ambiance in inside with attached bar counter and the the live screen telivision. To chill and had good customised drink accordingly. There is small compartments where u can sit with your bulk of family and friends. There are lots of sitting options to choose from inside or outside, as it's hot in delhi to it's safe to sit inside. But never the less i like open terrace area a lot.• Service was good ,staffs were attentive.• Pricing was nomial compared to other restro's in cp.• Seatings were comfortable as well. And lots of options too.• Presentation was on point and they do maintain hygiene.• Drinks -There are lots of option of drinks to choose from whether in cocktails, mocktails or in straight drinks. And the best part is there customisation which is offource according to your taste bird!• In Starter-• Soya malai chap - It was creamy and fresh.• Aalu kumani ki tikki - A good party starter for vegetarians• ISBT ki makhani maggi - One of the best makhani maggi they are serving. must have when ever u visit.• In main-• Grilled rum chicken - I specially visit to eat this...spicy grilled chicken in rum served with french fries.• Paneer lababdar - Paneer was fresh and creamy and the right amount of spicies added to it.• Mutton rogsn josh - One of the best mutton rogan josh they are serving. must try.***My recommendation*** • Grilled with with fries• ISBT maggi makhani• Mutton gilafi seekh• Paneer lababdar• Amritsari machchi• Ambiance - 4.5/5• Service - 4.5/5• Taste - 4.5/5• Worth - 4/5overall a good place to be with friends and family. keep it up.

Eccentric out-of-the-box brand names is the mantra now days when you see around you for any good bar or restaurant. You suddenly notice quirky brand names and an equally crazy décor to go with it, as a way to attract diners. The crazier the better. After doing their bit with jungle themes or heaven & hell themes or even schoolroom theme, New Delhi has added another quirk to its glittery drinking scene with a tailor-themed bar called ‘The Darzi Bar & Kitchen’. Yes, you got it right! A TAILOR themed bar! If you are as hooked like us just by the name then that calls for a visit. You will find the bar located in H Block, on the first floor at Outer Circle in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Go and be entranced.
One thing you will come back raving about after your stint at Darzi Bar & Kitchen is their food. They certainly know what they are talking about. Get ready to dive into a smorgasbord of North Indian and European dishes, prepared excellently by a very talented chef. A glass of sangria comes highly recommended, just to give that happy buzz. Otherwise, try an eye blinker. Tuck into an array of appetizers alongside like, patthar kebab, fish fingers, cheesy spinach mushroom, quesadilla, pomfret polli chattu, batata vada, grilled rum chicken, mutton gilafi seekh and clotted curd croquettes. Their selection of mains is just as fantastic. Munch on, jazzed up burger, pasta in vodka pink sauce, sabz lababdar pizza, baida roti, Darzi mutton curry, malai chicken pizza, pasta arrabiatta, double fist burger, paneer butter masala and kerela fish curry.
With a basket of buttery naans (try fig-chilly) and stuffed paranthas, mop up the spicy curries. The section of Master Ji’s all day nashta puts out all-day breakfast items like, nihari kulcha, darzi ka dabba and Marathi poha sheera, which is worth looking into. Their dessert menu deserves your immediate attention. Darzi ki gullak, Dilli mieulle fueille, roti ‘churma’ pie, sutarfeni ‘mango’ cheesecake and shahi tukda croquants, will be a divine indulgence. Décor is a glorified tailor shop that spans across two floors, including a charming terrace section. A treasure trove of tailor-themed curios calls for your attention. A wall of drawers, shelves of stitching machines, thread art, cassette shaped tabletops uplifts the interiors. Stylish comfortable seating and a well-lit chic ambience sums up The Darzi Bar & Kitchen.
