Kama perfects the art of Indian fine dining, with gilded interior accents, mother-of-pearl inlay work on tables and ornate pendant lamps. The menu has recently been refurbished, in an effort to get the palates of their patrons out of a rut. A battery of chefs work the kitchens of Kama, with the aim of rustling up fresh-off-the oven kebabs, seekhs and bharwaan dishes. 'Lucknowi Galouti Kabab' is the real deal though the 'Paratha' accompanying it could be softer. The main course entries are also selected with an eye on authenticity and presentation. The 'Nihari Gosht' features mutton shanks with falling-off-the-bone meat, bobbing in a warming broth of caramelised aromatics. A great accompaniment to it is the 'Murgh Lucknowi Biryani', which regales you with its fragrant rice and subtle flavourings. Ingredients are given top priority here and they shine in simple, classic desserts such as the 'Kesari Batashe Wale Gulab Jamun', which are devoid of chewy centres often present in chain store offerings.
Good food along with Amazing Hospitality, went there with friends and was Amazed to find Superlicious Food. Chef was always there for Valueable Recommendations,Perfect Evening.
I been there with my wife in april. we frequently visit this restaurant. Their food was always delicious. Service was good.
I was in Radisson Blu for 3 nights on a business trip and had a dinner at this restaurant where I was amazed with the taste of food they prepare. Both veg & non veg dishes they served tasted great. Also, they served a shooter made with beetle leaves which was a really good mouth freshener.
We recently got a chance to attend the ongoing Hyderabadi food festival at Kama. A beautiful property with its interiors on point. Dining here was an affair one must experience. Food-o-meter:5/5 Our meals started with the Soup which was so beautifully presented, it was a beautiful experience pouring some hot soup in the bowl. The kebabs and grills that followed left us wanting for more. The "Biryani" was lip-smacking and took us back to the city of nawabs. Not only that, the main course was delectable. The place was very nicely done giving it a festive feel. The waiting team made sure we had an exceptional time.Overall, An amazing experience and would love to visit this place again and again
Kama has awesome ambience. The food is great too. They also have ghazal nights on some days. Worth going. One of the best eating places in ghaziabad if you are willing to spend.
If taken pains with, North Indian cuisine is enough to charm you with its delectable spice palate and creamy buttery consistency. Dunk a piece of flaky flatbread in it or mop the curry with some fragrant biryani and you will find this ritual strangely comforting. There are numerous great curry houses all over New Delhi but the belt towards Ghaziabad is sadly lacking. But worry not! We have found out for you a wonderful curry place to take care of your every spice need. ‘Kama’ as the locals call it, is a good-looking curry house surrounded by a dense residential block and office buildings. The restaurant receives much of the attention during meal times by families and office goers coming down for a hearty dinner. It’s located at Radisson Blu Kaushambi Delhi NCR, H-3, Sector 14, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.
