Mosaic Hotel is widely considered to be a boutique hotel. Although it is extremely large, lattice screens break up the space, so if it is not too full, you can be the only table occupied in one particular area. Soft instrumental music and the tinkling of a small fountain in the restaurant make a pleasant backdrop, while Liberty prints in shades of royal blue and turquoise on the walls form the décor. There is a remarkably talented tandooriya in the kitchen, so do order anything from the starters section. Roti pe Boti turned out to be pulled lamb with the appropriate spicing and Murgh ki Chaap was expertly spiced and had succulent meat.
