I have always had a great experience at Nooba but this time I had a terrible experience. Ordered a shredded chicken starter which was served as cold as a dead fish. Asked for it to be replaced and it was the same the second time. As they say, third time's a charm, finally got a dish that was edible. Step up your game please!
We went for dinner to Nooba with some expectations. Authentic Oriental food is what you expect. The bland servings were a let down and at the most just passable. Expect them to belt up!
Its a happy red color place! Love the way the decor is done, highlight is the red tone , but done in a in a very subtle manner thats very pleasing as well as soothing. This was my third lunch meeting here, its very well located on Golf Course Road, and food is awesome ! The spicy Guava drink is my favourite, greens as in asparagus, snowpeas, etc were so invitingly tender and delicious. The rice, noodle done to choice of our flavourwas oil free and just right. Chicken in Szechuan sauce was delectable, indeed a treat. Service is very goid, staff is hand on, polite and well mannered.
Decent ambience Most of the dishes very good. Some were average. Slightly expensive for the quality.
The place had a pretty decent ambience and the service was quite good.. Enjoyed the authentic chinese meal and the various dishes that we had ordered The soup by far was the best item that we had ordered.. We did not enjoy the Black Beans chicken as much maybe owing to its strong taste and were wondering if we had made a wrong choice in ordering that. The quantity of their meal bowls is quite good and we were 5 of us and managed by ordering only 2 meal bowls The Pan Fried Chicken noodle were quite tasty.. The steam Ed rice with veggies is chilly garlic sauce was quite hot yet tasted delicious.. I quite liked the gravy part of chill chicken but not the chicken itself as felt that the coating on it was too thick and could not taste the chicken itself that much Pretty quick service was the best part.. nice place for family dinner
