'Chops' are the staple snacks of Bengalis which is why one must eat 'Mochar' or the 'Banana Blossom Chop' to know how good it is. The 'Gondoraj Bhekti' is another amazing dish from the menu that can be eaten plain or as a side with the main course. Staples such as the 'Cholar Daal' and the 'Pathuri' and the 'Kosha Mangsho (Mutton Curry)' are not to be missed and if your health permits it, then definitely mop it up with 'Luchi' rather a 'Roti'.
