This sun-lit coffee shop of the hotel is open throughout the day, serving breakfast to in-room guests, as well as lunch, dinner and snacks. Though they pride themselves on their Indian food, some of their Western dishes are surprisingly good. Grilled chicken chops on fondant potatoes have a deeply savoury sauce to accompany the succulent chicken. Indian dishes include the murgh dum biryani with salan and burrani raita. Diners are free to order from the menu even while the buffet is served.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel over the extended weekend. The staff was courteous and hospitable making our getaway really worthwhile. We really appreciate the effort from the entire team but had to mention a few of the ones who just made our experience so memorable. A big thank you to Anuj, Renu and Lerin ! Those more centrally located in Delhi get to enjoy the exciting side of this wonderful city but those living on the side miss out on loads of fun happenings. Gastronomy is a major force in the city driven by banks of trendy restaurants and hip new pubs surfacing in all the fancy posh locales of Delhi. Places like Dwarka that are so far off crave for its own version of fabulous gastronomy but in recent years have seen an increase in its dining scene by the arrival of fancy luxurious hotels. Radisson Blu is a well-loved property in Dwarka and is home to some delightful restaurants. Its all-day dining coffee shop ‘Spring’ is ideally suited to families and businessmen looking for some quiet place to dine at or to have an important discussion. This sunlit coffee shop seems all the more fetching in morning when you stop by for breakfast.
Keeping true to the typical hotel coffee shop fashion, Spring’s menu is quite well-suited for a diverse global palate. A varied multi-cuisine menu is wide and extensive enough to include a plethora of dishes of international origin. Take advantage of their impressive wine list that stocks wines from all over the globe so a wine enthusiast can have a field day browsing through the bar menu. Begin with, a mezze platter or bruschetta, mahi tikka, Kashmiri mirch ka murg, sunehri jhinga, southern fried chicken, bharwan tandoori aloo, raunak e seekh kebab, tandoori soya dim sum and surkh paneer tikka. Fill your main course with dishes like, tuna waldorf sandwich, risotto, chicken burger, Malabar fish curry, ricotta ravioli, malai kofta curry, paneer apki pasand, coq au vin, nasi goreng, double lamb chops and so much more.
The dessert course of Spring surprises you with classic yet innovative choices. Try, trio of tiramisu, paan kulfi, chocolate marquise, rasmalai, gulab jamun and chocolate walnut brownie. Late nighters get to enjoy a separate menu. Décor of Spring has a calming effect on your nerves. The interiors are subtle and delicate in appeal so one has a feeling of tranquillity and elegance. Light flooded room is flanked by a row of huge picture windows that gives the diners a lovely view of the city. Seating style is kept formal and a pastel shaded room is pleasing to look at. Spring is an expensive place to dine and sought after by the locals in Dwarka.
