The menu touches on delicious food with Chef-Owner Bhupinder Chadha, focusing on innovative flavours and classic dishes; grills being the main focus. Understatedly elegant and generously spaced, with clean lines and a stunningly beautiful community table which turns into a large buffet spread at lunch time; experience here reflects the spirit of the new Indian, who expects good standards of hospitality; in an ambience that is sophisticated, with some amazing music, backed by excellent food and service at accessible prices and the best part is that all age group is comfortable here.

Though you’ll have your fill of beers, scotch, wines and rums, do dip into the house concoctions for that killer buzz. Get that kick with a teekhi margarita or a banarsi sun downer, to be soaked up with few savoury appetizers. The Grill Mill’s menu comprises of Asian, North Indian and Continental cuisines. Nibble on, dudhiya gulkand tikki, tofu kung pao, baluchistani mutton chap, smoky chicken shish touk skewers jar, Asian green glass noodle spring roll, nawabi kesari murgh, medley of mushroom crostini, keema kaleji with maska pao and chicken chapli kebab. Feast on their mains as well of, fauji mutton curry, mushroom & truffle risotto, whole snapper with vegetable & mirin sauce, paella Valencia and jaipuria malai makhana kofta.
To pacify your sweet tooth make do with gulab jamun or ask your server for the delicious pastries. But for a truly decadent experience opt for gulab aur anjeer ki kasore waali kheer. The Grill Mill’s a la carte menu is a bit pricey affair so it’s more economical to go for their buffet spread. Chef-Owner Bhupinder Chadha portrays the food in the most basic fulfilling way so it’s comforting to your soul. The interiors are designed to give similar feeling. The décor is entirely dominated by wooden finishes, through the floor and the ceiling. Its rustic yet polished chic at the same time. An ideal place for family get together or hangout with friends.
