We visited Upyard Rooftop Bar for the 31st December New Year’s Eve party, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish.

The place has a very well-filtered and classy crowd, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The music was great, the vibe was lively, and the arrangements were very well managed. We were served unlimited food and alcohol, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

A special mention to the organizer, Shabeer — he is a genuinely decent and reliable person. The offers he provides are very fair and transparent, and his coordination on the night was excellent. I have known him for a long time, and he truly lives up to his reputation.

The biggest highlight of the night was the clear view of the Burj Al Arab fireworks, which made the New Year celebration truly memorable.

Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy parties, especially special occasions like New Year’s Eve.

We visited recently and were disappointed as the manager declined our Smile Voucher, stating that the promotion had already been withdrawn. It would have been helpful if this information was clearly communicated in advance.

The venue itself is a pleasant spot for hanging out, although it may not be the most comfortable choice during the summer season. Despite the presence of fan coolers at the bar, the heat remains noticeable.

On a positive note, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, which added a nice touch to our overall experience.

I recently visited this rooftop lounge and had an amazing experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The ambience was perfect and they have shisha too.  With cozy seating, and soft lighting, it felt like the ideal spot to unwind. Whether you're looking for a quiet evening or a lively night out, this place delivers. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy great service and an unforgettable atmosphere!  Kudos to Sheila and the Team for making my visit enjoyable!

Been with friends to this hidden place. Sheesha and  drinks were good, food can get better as by the time we were served it was bit cold. Thankfully they have blankets, which saved us from chilly breeze under the sky! The serving staff was friendly.

If you're looking for a cozy vibe and chill with friends and relatives, this place is the best spot for you. Easy access near metro friendly staff and approachable. Ms. Sheila and manager itself makes sure everyone is enjoying their stay. A place you could sit and talk if your meeting your long time no see friend and relatives. Relaxing vibes, music, and area, not crowded and chaotic. Clean and fresh air, a much needed thing living in a city that never sleeps. Will definitely be back for sure bringing more friends with us ??✨
Up Yard Bar, a perfect place to sit and relax.

I am very disappointed with this bar. From the moment we arrived, the cocktails we ordered were far from our expectations. We ordered classic cocktails, but the taste was very different from the original. We ordered draft beer, and the beer was already spoiled. We completely understand if the staff may not be able to make cocktails properly, but how can a staff member not know that the beer is spoiled? We then ordered another classic cocktail, and again the taste was very, very far from the original. We asked for crushed ice, but the bar didn’t have any, even though every bar should have crushed ice. We ordered Baileys on the rocks, which should have been served in a whisky glass, but it came in a martini glass.

We are very disappointed and will never come back, nor will we recommend this place to others.
