Here you get bowl meals which will bring back familiar foods of home kitchens like a piping hot Kadhi with fragrant basmati rice and crispy fried bhindi. Creamy Rajma with some pickled onions. Chef’s special is Bibimbap, a Korean speciality traditionally served in a dolsot (hot stone bowl). With an assortment of vegetables and flavoured sticky rice, it is topped with a fried egg, which cooks itself in the heat from the bowl. The fermented and spicy Gochujang sauce (Korean red pepper paste) gives the dish strong and spicy flavour. Hunan Pot is another speciality here with rice, noodles and greens mixed with Hunan spice.
