The concept of reducing one’s carbon footprint and eating clean is big across all demographics these days. The shift towards living an eco-friendly lifestyle is catching on, so we have rounded up a list of cafes and restaurants in Delhi NCR you can check out for your valentines date.

Fire - The Park, New Delhi

One of the first sustainable dining-centric restaurants in India, of its scale, has a dedicated focus on organic local produce. 80% of the ingredients are organic or bought from traceable sources. These include fresh fish from the sea, meats from best practice farms, grains and local vegetables.
