AnnaMaya offers mouth-watering Indian and European delicacies. The interior of this restaurant looks quite dainty with painted glass walls and ambient lighting. An interactive live kitchen in the middle of the restaurant steals the show. Feast on 'Murgh Makhani' and 'Fish and Chips'. 'Mutton Dum Biryani' is a great dish with a good amount of meat in it and pairs well with 'Indian Lamb Gravy'.
This is my business trip in india. I enjoyed to stay in this hotel. It is not only morden, but also staff. Staffs are very attentive and friendly, especially staff are working in the restaurant. I love their masala tea (called chia) very much. I asked staff how to make it. Binod shared his experience of making chia to me very detail. He assisted me to drop down the receipt. I was impressed. Aman who serviced my sitting area is a nice guy and proactive. I enjoyed their food as well. The fruit and veg are organic. It comes from Tijara farm. Although i haven't heard this name, but the fruit are very fresh n yummy. Thank you Binod, Aman and other staffs for the service! I will stay in hotel next time.
I have stayed almost one month. Nice and friendly staffs, Joshika who is so professional, giving me recommendations on menu, checking if everything is fine throughout my breakfast. She does wear her lovely smile everyday. Nice food, nice staffs and very good service!
Annamaya,the restaurant at andaaz is an experience in itself.i was usually served by the highly exuberant sweety.she ensures service with a smile come what may.she manages to retain her smile unaffected by any kind of load.being young,she definitely has a bright future in her endeavors.wish her dreams come true.

AnnaMaya may be expensive but its lovely ambience and innovative menu justifies the hefty bill.
